We are focused on the provision of administrative assistance to foreign investors operating on the Romanian market. Our services include accounting, auditing, tax services and legal advice.
Boscolo & Partners was set up to satisfy the need for high quality administrative, tax and accountancy assistance in Romania. The approach to the local market legal was instead very difficult mainly due to confused legal, tax and administrative regulations, high bureaucracy, in combination with frequent changes in the normative framework.
